This is the dumbest move they could possible make. I cannot think of one reason this is a good idea. As bad as Panini was (and it WAS) AT LEAST they kept stuff available to buy.

The prices for URs are gonna get INSANE.

Panini did the same thing for a lot of the sets of DBZ, only 1 printing. Only set 1 was printed 4 times.  This game will have had three printings of set 1. They are trying to keep it collectable (think of how worthless Set 1 was for DBZ). This will keep the prices of cards around the same range, making the game keep its value for the long term. I see it as a good thing.

I agree with a lot of things you say but I totally disagree with you here, this is plain awful. Yes panini printed only one time but it was enough product to not need to print anymore, not the same is true for destiny.  You litterly can't get anything no packs for prize support, no packs or starters for new players absolutely nothing, It's really bad when a player want"s to get into the game but can't get no cards. There is 0 leftover cards to give to new players and no one likes to just play with other peoples decks.

I like destiny but FFG is a joke what I got from the article is them basically telling us "were making one more "very limited" run and if it's still not enough to bad". printing little to keep it collectible is absurd if I wanted to collect I buy the trading cards with no game text on them. in order to have a healthy environment everyone needs access to obtain more cards or otherwise who ever is lucky enough to get product is at a big advantage over people who don't.

I am going to continue to play the game but this is the last tcg I prob do with FLG, with the lack of product and the awful prizes they give for tourneys just makes me wonder if there even trying.
